Death Note, Code Ge, and Clannad are big titles that are full of action and drama. Ouran H.S. Host Club is a very funny comedy. I honestly don't know much about the other titles but I would also suggest Hell Girl, Full Metal Panic, Vampire Knight and Elfen Lied.
