Does anybody know when the Demetri Martin film is coming?

Ohk so i was watching a new Demetri Martin tonite and uh he's going to be in this movie called 'Taking Woodstock' i think. anyways he's going to be in it and i was wondering when it was coming to theaters,if at all. <3
