Looking for simple garlic-parmesan chicken wing recipe...?

The place we go seems like they just use garlic (don't know if it's powdered or cloves; does it matter?), melted er, and parmesan. Can I do that? Can I just cook-up the little wings, combine melted er and garlic to throw over them, maybe bake the wings again a few minutes to get it in there, then liberally sprinkle parmesan on top? Would that work??????? (Making for lunch, hopefully)
