I need help with paint colors!!!?

I'm painting my bathroom, and it's very small. The colors I decorated with are dark blue and light blue and my decoration are out of rustic wood. The bottom half of my bathroom walls are white tile and I want to paint the top half to go along with this. I might also paint over the tiles or cover them with a vinyl tile. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
