Can't do Spanish, need it for scholarship in Florida, what can i do?

i don't have enough money to pay for college and i really want to attend USF, i live in florida but the good scholarships require a foreign language and the only one my school offers is spanish, i am a senior and have tried the cl 3 times to no avail so i got switched out, please help me find a solution
