Can I sue for reckless endangerment, my neighbor shot his gun & the bullet went through my house we wereinside?

I pressed charges against him for reckless use of a firearm but the bullet cleared my 1 year old son's head by about 2 feet, he could've been killed. I am also 8 months pregnant so there was 3 lives in danger.
