Getting wonky/buck teeth fixed?

i had braces for four years nd ever since having them removed ive worn my retainer religiously every night but my front teeth have still moved forward, one tooth even moving back and even started to see a tiny gap forming again, ive seen on 10 years younger people getting their teeth completly removed and new ones put in, has anyone got any information on this procedure or any others? thanks
