this will not affect your chances of getting a job or going to college. the only time you will need a background check is if you are applying for a job that requires security clearance, and those check for adult arrests. colleges dont do background checks on people. i would find a lawyer, or public defendant. plead not guilty to the charges. write a letter about what hapened and send it to the judge.
