Where is the best location in Pattaya, Thailand to stay, in terms of nightlife, entertainment, etc?

Wherever you stay you are not far from any nightlife.I do this trip every year and it doesn't matter where you decide to stay (Hotel etc) you will have nightlife wherever you are.
