When I was a kid I was diagnosed with Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis?

Now as an adult, almost 20 years after having had surgery on both of my hips, I am having a lot of pain. Sometimes my R hip goes numb, and other times, I have pain that shoots from my hip down to my knee, and wraps around my shin bone. Sometimes when I am sitting down my toes turn blue, and my tonails turn purple...then my left hip often times feels as if there is a giant bubble that just wants to pop. Then every now and then, my hips lock up to the point where I cant stand up, I can barely sit, and I cant bend or unbend my knee's. What I guess I'm looking for is somebody who has had this issue, or somebody who knows about this issue. I want to know what now??? 20 years later, what do I have to look forward to, and are these issues I am having treatable???

BURTS BEES/AMBIS/OXY? WHICH IS BEST? AND in what order should i wash my face??

As of now, I have Burt’s bees deep pore cleansing willowbark scrub, Ambi’s Cocoa er Cleansing Bar, Oxy Spot Treatment with Benzoyl Peroxide, and Burt’s bees radiance serum. Can I use all of these in this order? If I cut out the oxy spot treatment, will my face still get toned to one natural color and rid of spots and discoloration? What will the radiance serum do for my skin? And also the spot treatment and the deep pore scrub? The ambi soap does a great job at cleansing my skin without drying it and adds a softness to my skin, but I wanna know what everything else will do for me.

I like it! I especially like the ending! My one criticism would be to work on keeping the amount of syllables in each line consistent with the amount in the following lines in each stanza, that way your poem will flow better. As for that it's great!

How could I be a better linebacker?

Ok so I am a Sophmore, our JV team is all Sophmores and i was placed as a cornerback for freshman year and I never got playng time ecxept on kickoff. Today in the practice I was put at linebacker for the practice against the starting offense. I did really well i got about 5-6 tackles (1 for a loss) and a fumble recovery they now moved me and Im one of smallest there. I weigh 130 lbs and im 5'7. We have people who are about 5'9 and 150. How can i out work these guys to move up in the deph chart?
