Charged with theft under 5000, already on probation?

i am 18 and have recently been charged with theft under 5000, possession of stolen property and prowling by night, i am curently on probation(nothing on probation has been breached) for ault which i was charged for when i was 17, i have given all stolen items back and have been very cooperative to the police,the cop in charge of the investigation has written a letter to the crown to suggest that i enter the adult diversion program, what are my chances of entering the program? if i have to go to court and get charged what am i looking at?
