Lump on surface of mouth and headache?

Just behind my back tooth, the last one on the top jaw about 1 finger-space from back tooth I have a lump, round shaped in my mouth and on right hand side of neck i have swollen glans and i feel like rubbish, chest hurts and headaches, bad headaches. What could this be? Please reply thank-you x
