I need a new teen boy haircut!?

I am 14 yrs old and am tired of my hair. I have really really thick brown hair that goes down to my eyes in the front and the tail touches in between my shoulderblades in the back. Near the back/top of my head it poofs out and looks like a really ugly m shape. Im looking for a new hair cut because of how ugly i think it looks. Any suggetions? --Any length, any style, whatever is in for teen guys--Oh! and 1 more thing....My parents wont let me straighten it :|
