Can you help.?

Okay sooo. I have this whole thing about telling my friends to take all sweets and stuff like that away from me. But im getting rid of soda and eating less. I gues sit helps me loose weight right ? bc i dont have all the sweets and fats and sugars in me as much. but like. i dont know i hate my upper legs. there all fatt ! how do i get rid of the fatness ? i dont live somewhere were i can run a lot and my parents dont own a car. i do as much running & or swimming as i can in gym. but do you have any ideas ? && my eating habits i ned help with that too ! thnxx id apreciate it.(:
