Does anybody ever know what happened to Kasey Kahne and the lawsuit about him pushing the old man?

IDK what happened, I haven't heard anything since kasey went to court in Jan. I think the guard was just trying to blow this out of proportion and get some money out of Kasey. from the sound of the article Tom P posted, It's it not like Kasey at all. I don't know him personally but as one of his fans, it is not like him. But that is just my opinion....
