My dog died of intestinal blockage, feel so guilty?

Oh hon I'm so sorry!! I understand how you feel, but you have nothing to feel guilty about. You rescued a wonderful girl, and at nine years of age too!! You gave her a wonderful home, and love...two things she never got to experience before you came into her life. You did nothing wrong, and what happened was an unforeseeable accident.
